The phone system is accessed through https://192.168.5.150:8088

Overview

Working hours:

When somebody calls during working hours a menu will be presented to dial the extension you require.
1. Support
2. Sales
3. Procurement
4. Warehouse
0. Reception

Here is the default setup:

 


Out of office

When somebody calls out of office hours a different menu appears for:

0. Reception
1. Support
2. Sales

If option 0 or 2 is pressed this will go to Voice mail

If option 1 is pressed the 2nd IVR will play a message about if this is no critical support please email support@pulse-me.com. if this is a business critical call then press one to then be forwarded to the oncall technician.

To adjust the setup

First the difference timings need to be setup in PBX / Call Control / Time Conditions.


Next Go to PBX / Call Control / Inbound Routes and Edit the "Routein"


On the inbound routes under Time Conditions create a routes for each condition. Destination should be to IVR with the correctly set IVR.


Incase of changing the IVR requirements
​This means the selection menu for the caller and then the route based on the Options.
Navigate to Call Features / IVR

edit the Basic and Key Press events as required.

Remember there are two steps for out of hours, one plays the menu, the second one asks the caller to confirm its an emergency before routing the call to the on call technician.
